Billy Fury - vocals

Billy Fury was born Ronnie Wycherley in Liverpool. He was in the same primary school class in the Dingle as Richard Starkey who had later success with a popular beat combo. After similar auditions to the Quarrymen, he was signed by the London-based impresario Larry Parnes who changed his name to Billy Fury.

Billy Fury died in January 1983.
